What Does a Quick Lube Advisor Do?
As a Full Time Quick Lube Advisor at Fox Subaru, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while performing quick lube and maintenance services. Your day-to-day activities will include greeting customers, evaluating their service needs, and educating them on vehicle maintenance options. You will perform oil changes, fluid checks, and other routine services, ensuring all work is done efficiently and accurately. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the service area is essential. You will also be expected to collaborate with fellow team members, ensuring a smooth workflow and a positive atmosphere.
Additionally, you'll track service orders and communicate effectively with customers about their vehicle's status.
