Program ManagerThe Program Manager will be responsible for providing management and leadership at the executive level for large-scale electrical projects. This position will be responsible for managing multiple customers and projects simultaneously. The Program Manager will be also be expected to manage projects through all phases of the construction project (business development, estimating, planning, procurement, project management, and installation).Responsibilities:Provide business development strategies to acquire and maintain new profitable projects.Creating project proposals and estimating large scale projects.Labor/Vendor/Subcontractor Management.Budget/Cost Management across multiple teams and projects simultaneously.Ability to provide detailed project reporting, and acquire proper detailed reporting from Project Managers, Superintendents, etc.Employee development including interviews, hiring, and training new employees.Ensure effective communications between the project management and pre-construction teams.Responsible for maintaining healthy cash flow and target profits within specified markets.Develops Key Performance Indicators to monitor program/project processes.Management of Project Management team and determining project teams for specific projects.Apply change, risk, and resource management.Assess programs performance in order to maximize ROI.Develops and Maintains lasting and strong customer relationships.Facilitate team building and strong communication practices across all project teams in order to ensure project completion on-time and on-budget.Other duties may be assigned.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred (relevant experience will be considered).Excellent problem-solving and communication skillsWorking knowledge of MS Project and OfficeKnowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles.Ability to generate new incoming revenue streams.Strong understanding of the electrical trade, and construction practices.Minimum of 10 years electrical contracting experience required.Strong understanding of financial reporting and job costing.Strong leadership and teambuilding skillsExperience managing and building a project team.Strong problem analysis/solving capabilities.
