Labor and Delivery RN Opportunity

Seeking an experienced RN specializing in Labor and Delivery to provide exceptional patient care for mothers and newborns. This travel position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment on a 13-week assignment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and perform labor and delivery procedures with precision and care.
• Monitor fetal and maternal vital signs using GE Monitors and other equipment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate new mothers on postpartum care and newborn care instructions.
• Document patient assessments, procedures, and care plans accurately in EMR systems.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide support during C-sections and vaginal deliveries.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with at least 1 year of recent Labor and Delivery experience.
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NRP certification.
• Demonstrated skills in postpartum and newborn care with charge experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to a rotating schedule, including weekends and on-call shifts.
