Industrial HVAC TechnicianWe are looking to hire an experienced Industrial HVAC Tech. This is for a well-established and respected leading company in the area.Position OverviewThe Industrial HVAC Technician will install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC and mechanical systems. This position is ideal for a technician who works independently, diagnoses problems accurately, and takes pride in completing safe, high-quality work.ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC equipmentService rooftop units, boilers, chillers, air handlers, pumps, cooling towers, exhaust systems, and related controlsPerform preventive and predictive maintenanceTroubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control-system issuesRead wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and equipment manualsDocument service work, materials used, and recommended repairsCommunicate clearly with customers, supervisors, and other tradesFollow OSHA requirements, company safety procedures, and applicable codesParticipate in an on-call rotation when requiredMaintain company tools, equipment, and service vehiclesQualificationsFour or more years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience preferredStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilitiesExperience with industrial facilities, manufacturing plants, or large commercial systems preferredEPA Section 608 certification requiredValid driver's license and acceptable driving recordAbility to lift 50 pounds and work from ladders, rooftops, lifts, and confined spacesAbility to work in varying indoor and outdoor conditionsBoiler, chiller, controls, refrigeration, or hydronics experience is a plusOSHA, NATE, HVAC Excellence, or manufacturer certifications are a plusCompensation and BenefitsCompensation: $40-50/hr + OTCompany vehicle (to/back job sites)Medical, dental, and vision insurancePaid vacation, holidays, and sick time401(k) retirement plan with company matchOpportunities for advancement
