Dining Server - Kanki Old Wake Forrest Rd

Kanki Home of Steaks and Sushi is seeking talented and enthusiastic Dining Servers to join our team. As a Dining Server, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests. With our friendly staff and entertaining teppan grills, we offer more than just a meal - it's a delicious and fun-filled show!
Responsibilities:
- Provide a welcoming service to guests, and create memorable guest experiences.
- Maintain current knowledge of all food and beverage menus.
- Guide guests through all menu questions and make thoughtful recommendations.
- Perform accurate cash/credit handling and POS procedures in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain and ensure the overall cleanliness of the assigned station.
- Assist in nightly side work.
What we need from you:
- Great customer service skills and communication skills with a big smile. Strong multitasking abilities.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
- Able to stand for extended periods of time in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 35lbs.
- Reliable transportation, phone, and e-mail.
- Weekend availability is a non-negotiable.

- Benefit eligibility after 90 days for full-time employees. Our benefit package includes health, dental, vision, and HSA.
- 401K with match after eligibility period for employees 21 and older.
- Automatic 18% Service Charge is Added to All Parties over Six (6).
- NO late nights. We close at 9:00 PM weekdays and 9:30 PM weekends. You can still have a life!
