Travel Physical Therapist - $2,226 per week

Job Overview Jackson Therapy Partners is hiring a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist (PT) for a 12‑week assignment in Tucson, Arizona, starting May 20, 2026. The role will involve 40 hours per week on a 5‑day schedule, 8‑hour shifts from 08:30 to 16:30. Candidates must hold an active Arizona PT license and BLS certification. Key Responsibilities Deliver evidence‑based PT to residents in a skilled nursing setting. Manage caseloads and document care in compliance with facility and payer requirements. Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, care planning, and quality improvement initiatives. Assist in functional recovery, fall risk reduction, and patient independence. Float to nearby facilities as needed. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Arizona Physical Therapist license. Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC. Experience in skilled nursing or long‑term care settings preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage caseloads and document according to facility and payer requirements. Ability to meet productivity expectations and maintain professional conduct throughout the assignment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with geriatric populations and post‑acute care plans of care. Familiarity with common SNF documentation systems and regulatory requirements. Previous travel therapy experience.
