Eliot's Juvenile Justice residential program provides court-involved youth, ages 13 to 21, placement while awaiting court proceedings, assessment, or treatment. This highly structured, self-contained program provides comprehensive interventions for juvenile offenders, including fully accredited schools and clinical support with individual and group therapy, staffed by trained professionals. All components are integrated through a Positive Youth Development framework. In this role you will provide individual and group clinical support, therapy and interventions. The ideal candidate will have experience working with adolescents in a team environment, and an understanding and/or willingness to learn DBT skills.Responsibilities:Provide individual and family therapy weekly as needed or indicated.Participate in the development and implementation of Individual Service PlansProvide case management and advocacy for youth as neededFacilitate curriculum-based treatment groups in DBT, Substance abuse, and Risk ReductionConduct assessments and evaluations to include evaluating risk and developing safety plans, as neededQualifications:Master's degreeClinical License eligible (LMHC, LICSW)Valid Massachusetts drivers licenseSchedules Available: 11am-7pm, Sunday-Thursday (Friday/Saturday off)Annual Salary: $55,000 - $55,000 USDAt Eliot, we are committed to supporting you at every stage of your career, providing opportunities for growth, purpose, and community.
