Information Technology Support Analyst

We’re looking for an IT Support Analyst to support systems and applications. What you’ll do Provide first and second level technical support to end users Help ensure secure, compliant system access Manage user access and security profiles Work with ticket tracking tools Hybrid on site 3 days a week Some after-hours and weekend on-call support required. What you bring Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (or 6 years of comparable experience) 4+ years of relevant experience in system support Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills Experience with ITIL and stakeholder management is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr FirstPRO 360
