What You’ll Do: Complete assigned maintenance tasks and work orders Perform basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, appliances, fixtures) Assist with painting and refurbishing projects Support HVAC, water, and mechanical system maintenance Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks Maintain tools, equipment, and repair inventory Support carpet and floor care as needed Assist with suite “make-ready” preparation Follow OSHA, fire safety, and infection control standards Participate in emergency preparedness and fire drills Drive community vehicle as assigned You play a key role in safety, compliance, and day-to-day building operations. The webpage must maintain up to date information and explain the background screening process through the clearinghouse, Level 2 screening requirements, fingerprinting procedures, and include a searchable job catalog, disqualifying offenses, exemption steps, and a downloadable checklist with timelines and details of the process.
