This role is essential in supporting the daily operations of our Accounting Department by maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring smooth communication between departments and management. Post new and used vehicle deals to accounting records in accordance with internal guidelines. Issue checks for lien payoffs and submit required documents to financial institutions. Review and submit finance and insurance (F&I) products to warranty providers. Review and submit incentive and rebate claims to the vehicle manufacturer. Reconcile assigned accounting schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness. Run, review, balance, and interpret financial reports daily and at month end. Collaborate with finance and sales departments to ensure all deal paperwork is accurate and complete. Maintain organized and compliant records of deals, product submissions, and rebate claims. Perform other duties as assigned in support of accounting and dealership operations. Qualifications 1+ year of accounting experience required; automotive billing experience strongly preferred. Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) is an advantage. Knowledge of DMV titling processes and regulations is a plus. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team‑oriented attitude. Willingness to learn and assist across departments. Must pass pre‑employment background check, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, and drug screening.
