Paul Davis is looking for a Client Care Coordinator to be the central point of communication between our customers, field teams, and office staff. This role keeps projects moving, ensures customers feel taken care of, and helps drive jobs from first call through completion.
What you will do
• Answer incoming calls and handle new job intake
• Be the main point of contact for customers from start to finish
• Keep consistent communication with customers through weekly updates
• Support project flow by coordinating with Project Managers and field teams
• Maintain accurate job files, notes, and documentation
• Assist with scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and compliance tasks
• Support accounts receivable, payable, and collection efforts
• Help onboard and manage vendor and subcontractor documentation
• Participate in daily team huddles to align on priorities
What we are looking for
• 3+ years in an administrative or customer service role
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay on top of details
• Comfortable working independently and within a team
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365
• High school diploma required, degree preferred
