Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Applications Analyst specializing in Oracle Fusion Finance reporting to support a large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation. This position will focus on developing financial statements, management reports, transactional reports, dashboards, and analytics using multiple Oracle reporting tools. The ideal candidate will combine strong functional finance knowledge with hands-on technical reporting expertise and the ability to independently develop, validate, and deploy accurate financial reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy financial reports and dashboards using Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), Financial Reporting, Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC), BI Publisher, and OTBI.
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, determine appropriate reporting technologies, and translate business needs into effective solutions.
• Develop financial statements, management reports, KPIs, dashboards, and variance analyses, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Build and maintain BI Publisher data models, OTBI analyses, FDI dashboards, and FCC reporting solutions to support financial and operational reporting needs.
• Validate and reconcile reporting results against Oracle Fusion ERP and other data sources while troubleshooting data, security, calculation, and configuration issues.
• Support system testing, report documentation, deployment, and change-control processes while identifying opportunities to improve reporting efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience developing financial reports within Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP required.
• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), Oracle Financial Reporting/Financial Reporting Center, Oracle EPM Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC), BI Publisher (BIP), and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials, including General Ledger, Chart of Accounts, accounting periods, balances, journals, hierarchies, and subledger accounting.
• Experience developing financial statements, management reports, transactional reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Strong SQL, data analysis, troubleshooting, and financial reconciliation skills.
• Ability to independently manage reporting requirements from design and development through testing, validation, and deployment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with Finance stakeholders and explain technical concepts in business terms.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure reporting accuracy and data integrity.
