Sales Compensation Administration Analyst

Medtronic

Medtronic seeks a Sales Compensation Administration Analyst to support commission processing and incentive program administration across multiple operating units. The role involves managing compensation systems, conducting audits, and partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance sales compensation operations.

Responsibilities

Administer commission and incentive compensation processing within the Varicent system
Support sales employee promotions, compensation changes, and incentive program administration
Partner with IT to maintain, enhance, and test sales compensation systems and reporting
Complete monthly and quarterly commission audits and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance control activities
Document compensation processes, identify improvement opportunities, and provide analytical support to stakeholders

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 2+ years compensation, payroll, or finance experience, or advanced degree
Experience with compensation, payroll, or finance business processes
Data management, reporting, audits, or business process administration experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience with compensation management systems such as Varicent or Workday
Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at time of hire
