Job Summary: Manages and coordinates marketing strategies for the facility.  Responsible for growth by obtaining new admissions and meeting proper goals through building and developing external business leads and relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Designs and manages the marketing strategies for the facility.

• Generate and develop new leads through a combination of in-bound calls, out-bound calls and marketing visits.

• Conduct one on one contacts with potential referral sources, maintain positive relationships with current referral sources.

• Utilizes educational opportunities to present the facility to referral sources.

• Identifies contacts and manages potential clients.

Qualifications & Educations:

• Bachelor's degree preferred

• A minimum of 4 years experience in healthcare industry with admission and/or business office and healthcare marketing experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Health care product or service sales experience required

• Use of Electronic Medical Record System

• Initiates authorizations for Insurance Admissions

• Skilled in Excel, Google sheets, and Microsoft Office
