Shifts: Per diem shifts available

Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated LPN/LVN for long term care on a per diem, flexible shift basis. This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment that values your expertise and commitment to patient care.

Key Responsibilities of the LPN/LVN

Provide patient care and assist in daily living activities.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
Monitor patients' health status and report changes to the nursing staff.
Document patient information and care provided accurately.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care.

Requirements of the LPN/LVN

Current LPN/LVN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
Experience in long term care preferred.
Basic life support (BLS) certification required.
