Our services are delivered in homes, community, and clinic settings with an emphasis on collaboration and quality. We currently offer ABA, Speech, Occupational, Social Work, Physical therapy, and Special Education/SEIT services across the metro New York area, Virginia/D.C., Maryland, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Delaware. Location The position is located in Long Island, NY, covering Nassau and Suffolk counties. Compensation Evaluations: $130.00 – $250.00 hourly Sessions: $60.00 – $70.00 hourly Compensation is determined based on experience and education and will be discussed during the interview process. Benefits Flexible work schedule Access to our paperless billing and data collection system (training provided) Support from a team of clinical supervisors and administrative staff Financial educational assistance program (when applicable) Medical, dental, vision and 401(k) benefits Job Responsibilities Provide pediatric therapy services and evaluations to children aged birth to 21 years in natural settings Educate families and caregivers on intervention strategies to facilitate active involvement and carry‑over Work in diverse settings such as client homes, daycare homes/centers, preschools, clinics, and other community settings Follow the unique therapy plan established for a family/child, plan for ongoing treatment and address identified goals while documenting progress Prepare progress reports as indicated Maintain child records and confidentiality of information regarding children and families in accordance with HIPAA and applicable regulations, submitting required records within established timelines Requirements Passion for working with children and families NYS Licensed Physical Therapist 1–2 years of experience working with children is preferred but not required Self‑motivated, team player who exercises patience and professionalism Fluency in a language other than English is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to travel to assigned cases, including driving a personal vehicle, walking, or using public transportation such as bus or train Ability to ascend and descend staircases Ability to lift 10 pounds regularly Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, and/or crawl for extended periods of time Job responsibilities subject to change. #J-18808-Ljbffr Achieve Beyond
