Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial. Experience Requirements At least 1 year of warehouse experience preferred Experience with inventory management, shipping, receiving, order picking, or packing Familiarity with warehouse scanners and inventory tracking systems is a plus Ability to safely operate material handling equipment after training and certification Job Duties Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment Load and unload trucks manually or with warehouse equipment Scan, label, and track inventory using warehouse management systems Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts when trained and certified Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and stock organization Follow company safety procedures and warehouse best practices Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards Support daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient product flow Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred. Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Associate. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 75 pounds. Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
