As a Practice Nurse, you'll support our GPs and wider clinical team to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care in a modern and supportive environment. About the role Key responsibilities include: Immunisations and vaccine management Wound care and dressings Health assessments and care planning Chronic disease management support Patient recalls and follow-up activities Infection control and accreditation activities Clinical administration and documentation About you To be successful, you will have: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Previous nursing experience in General Practice, Primary Care or Community Health Strong clinical and communication skills A collaborative and patient-focused approach Experience with immunisations and chronic disease management (desirable) Why Bupa?
