Trainer - (Onboarding, Training Development ) - Remote -Bentonville -AR

Contractor will be onsite in Bentonville or Atlanta. They will need the VendorSAFE BGC.

Top three skills needed/required: Onboarding, Training Development and execution, stakeholder management.

Skills and/or experience that would separate the top candidate: Attention to detail in planning, delivering and executing training. Ideally this candidate will need little direction and will be able to either facilitate or recommend leading or developing training with little direction.

Day-to-day responsibilities: Kick Off calls for trainings, scheduling trainings, meeting with stakeholders to propose or organize training, managing the training roadmap to recommend timing and prioritization, managing new hires and onboarding.

Project and contribution: Managing our onboarding process, compass, will be the main priority. This person will manage the day to day but also recommend and execute anything to help optimize and automate as much of the process as possible in addition to managing ad hoc trainings as needed.

Team makeup: Senior Manager (Trishawn Brown) reporting into the Director of Biz Ops.

Location: Bentonville, but open to remote.

Required qualifications:

1-3 years experience in leading, facilitating and/or developing training programs.

• Strong ability to communicate goals and ideas effectively
• Demonstrated ability to implement effective onboarding and training programs across different industries
• Have an ideology of what good looks like both during and after onboarding
• Be able to speak to market trends and case studies in the learning and development space.
• Have an understanding of multiple methodologies and schools of knowledge i.e.
