Physician Assistant Or Nurse Practitioner (First Assist)

St. Luke's in Boise is seeking a physician assistant or nurse practitioner (first assist is required) to join our collegial and patient focused colorectal surgery team. This busy but established practice will consist primarily of assisting in both colorectal surgeries, including, but not limited to: minimally invasive techniques and all aspects of colorectal surgery from pelvic floor and anorectal disease to inflammatory bowel disease and malignancy. Our specialists emphasize coordinated, collaborative care to ensure patients receive multi-disciplinary care. Experience is preferred but new grads accepted with a strong interest in surgery.

What you can expect:

• M-F schedule w/ call approximately one weekend a month
• Clinic 2 days, OR time w/ rounding 2 1/2 days, schedule is variable and requires flexibility
• Support staff in clinic
• Malpractice insurance as well as malpractice tail coverage
• $3,500 professional development fund
