Reporting to the Sr Director, Restaurant Systems, youll partner closely with UX Design, Engineering, Operations, and Analytics to build thoughtful, intuitive, and tools that enable our teams to deliver great guest experiences every day./ppYoull lead product strategy and execution for one or more key areas of team member experience (e.g., in-restaurant systems, operation workflows)), balancing team member needs, business priorities, and technical feasibility to deliver solutions that improve efficiency, usability and overall satisfaction./ppWhat Youll Do:/pulliLead the end-to-end product lifecycle for key team member-facing product areas ensuring solutions are defined, built, tested, and delivered with quality and impact./liliTranslate insights from team members, operational data, and stakeholder input into clear product requirements and user stories./liliPartner cross-functionally with UX Design, Engineering, Operations and Analytics to define, cope and prioritize initiatives aligned to strategic goals./liliDrive agile processes including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and ongoing iteration in close collaboration with design and engineering partners./liliDefine, track, and communicate key product metrics such as adoption, efficiency, usability, and team member satisfaction./liliDevelop testing and experimentation approaches to validate solutions and continuously improve the team member experience./liliCollaborate with Operations leadership to ensure tools align with real-world workflows and support restaurant execution./liliContribute to product roadmaps, intake processes, and ongoing refinement of development practices to improve speed, clarity, and value delivery./liliLead and support junior team members (e.g. product analysts, technical product owners), providing guidance and helping to elevate team performance./liliAct as a strong advocate for CAVAs team members, ensuring their needs are reflected in product decisions and experiences./liliStay informed on industry trends, restaurant technology, and operator tooling to bring forward new ideas and improvements./li/ulpThe Qualifications:/pulli5+ years of product management experience, ideally in restaurant, retail, hospitality, or internal/operational tools./liliBachelors degree in Computer Science, Product Design, Technology, Business, or related field or equivalent practical experience./liliStrong foundation in agile methodologies, product discovery, and delivering through iterative development./liliExperience building or supporting team member-facing tools (e.g., back-office processes, POS, or in-restaurant workflows)./liliDeep appreciation for restaurant operations and the realities of frontline team member workflows./liliProven ability to balance team member needs, operational constraints, and business priorities to drive practical, high-impact solutions./liliStrong cross-functional collaborator able to work effectively with Engineering, UX, Operations, and Analytics./liliClear and confident communicator who can align stakeholders, drive decisions, and navigate trade-offs./liliExperience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and data/reporting platforms./liliPassion for improving the daily experience of restaurant teams and enabling them to do their best work./li/ulpPhysical Requirements:/pulliAbility to maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and other office equipment/liliMust be able to identify, analyze and assess details/liliFor certain
