About the Role Standley Systems is seeking an Account Executive to drive business growth by developing new client relationships. In this role, you will partner with business leaders to identify opportunities, recommend technology solutions, and deliver value through our Technology Services and Managed Services offerings. Generate revenue through new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets with leadership support Identify client business challenges and recommend technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes Collaborate with Managed Print Services (MPS), Technology Services, and Solutions teams to develop customized recommendations Manage the Sales Process Conduct needs assessments, prepare proposals, present solutions, and negotiate agreements Consistently manage customer and prospect information within CRM systems Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement within your territory Expand products and services within existing customer accounts What We're Looking For 2+ years of B2B sales experience (technology experience a plus, not required) Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of insurance Strong communication and presentation skills Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable owning your territory Coachable, competitive, and hungry to grow professionally and financially Someone who values relationships over transactional selling Standley Systems has federal contracts that require compliance with the Drug‑Free Workplace Act of 1988.
