Responsibilities:

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle shopping and purchasing process
• Build relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right Chevrolet vehicle and financing options
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Follow up with customers before and after the sale to ensure satisfaction
• Generate business through referrals, networking, and dealership-provided leads
• Maintain knowledge of Chevrolet products, technology, and current promotions
• Work collaboratively with management, finance, and service departments to deliver a seamless experience

Qualifications:

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are highly encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a desire to succeed
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Basic computer and technology skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

No Automotive Sales Experience? No Problem.
