About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Data and Digital Transformation to lead the enterprise-wide business strategy, analytics, and digital marketing functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a unified, governed data ecosystem that provides real-time visibility into performance and drives informed strategic and operational decisions. This role also involves developing and executing innovative digital strategies to enhance the guest experience, optimize revenue, and support brand growth. The VP will champion the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI, and ensure that the digital marketing ecosystem strengthens the brand presence and deepens customer loyalty. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree (Master's/MBA preferred) and at least 10 years of experience in business strategy functions, with a strong background in advanced analytics, digital marketing execution, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires a strategic leader with proven experience in team management, CRM and data systems, and a deep understanding of the sports, entertainment, or venue industry. The VP will also be responsible for talent development, program measurement, and optimization, and must have a background in financial modeling and investment analysis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for enhancing the digital guest experience and a track record of driving business performance through data-driven decision-making and the integration of emerging technologies.
