Sparkle Squad - Southeast Charlotte

Sparkle Squad is growing and we're looking for dependable people who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a small, high-performing team

This position starts part-time , with the potential to grow into full-time as our workload increases

You'll start at $18/hr during training , then transition into our performance-based pay program , where strong technicians can earn significantly more based on production.

If you enjoy hands-on work, staying active, and taking pride in doing a job well, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do

Our technicians help transform the appearance of homes and businesses throughout the Charlotte area by providing professional exterior cleaning services.

Services include:

• Window cleaning (traditional and water-fed pole systems)
• Gutter cleaning
• House washing using low-pressure soft washing methods
• Pressure washing driveways, sidewalks, and patios
• Seasonal holiday light installation and removal
• Working safely with ladders and professional equipment
• Providing excellent customer service on every job

Schedule & Hours

This is a full-time position , with hours that vary based on workload, weather, and seasonality

Exterior cleaning is a weather-dependent industry, so hours may occasionally vary. As our business continues to grow, we expect more consistent hours and opportunities for full-time roles

Pay & Advancement

• $18/hr starting pay during training

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver's license, and meet eligibility requirements to drive company vehicles under our commercial auto insurance policy
• Able to pass background and motor vehicle check
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders
• Comfortable working outdoors
