About Our Clinic Quad Cities Integrative Wellness is part of a growing integrative mental health and wellness group in the Quad Cities — provider-owned and operated by two advanced practice clinicians, a CRNA and a DNP, FNP-BC, who built this practice to deliver whole-person care that this community didn't have before. Our services include ketamine infusion therapy, Spravato® (esketamine), nitrous oxide therapy, chiropractic, massage therapy, infrared sauna, HOCATT, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, red light therapy, and zero-gravity massage. We are actively integrating Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) into our model — and we are looking for a therapist who wants to be part of shaping that program. A licensed therapist is the missing piece of our multidisciplinary team. Our existing patient population needs you. What This Opportunity Looks Like This is a 1099 independent contractor arrangement built to give you real clinical and financial autonomy inside a fully functioning clinic. You are not an employee. You set your schedule, define your caseload, and run your practice your way. Compensation is structured around your collections. You retain the majority of what you bill. Our retention covers your dedicated office space, scheduling support, billing infrastructure, EHR access, and referral pipeline. Details are discussed individually. This arrangement is designed to compare favorably to the overhead costs of solo private practice — without the isolation or the startup burden. We especially want to hear from you Your Clinical Role Individual, couples, or family therapy across your areas of specialty Trauma-informed, integrative, or evidence-based approaches — your clinical call Collaboration with ketamine providers, wellness staff, and our PMHNP (coming soon) when clinically appropriate and with client consent Compliant documentation within our EHR system Who We're Looking For Active, unrestricted Iowa licensure: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist Minimum 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred Strong therapeutic foundation in individual, couples, or family therapy Comfortable practicing independently within a collaborative team setting Interest or experience in KAP, trauma-informed care, or integrative approaches strongly preferred Entrepreneurial spirit — motivated to build and grow a client panel Why Join Us Now?
