Traverse Mountain Family Dental is looking for an enthusiastic, patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our growing team in Lehi, Utah.

Our practice is committed to providing exceptional preventive and periodontal care while creating a positive, collaborative, and supportive environment for both our patients and team members.

As a Dental Hygienist, you will play an important role in maintaining our patients' oral health through preventive care, periodontal therapy, patient education, and comprehensive hygiene services.

Our doctors and hygienists work collaboratively to identify and manage periodontal conditions while staying current with industry standards and evidence-based practices.

• Welcome patients and create a comfortable, positive experience
• Perform comprehensive oral health screenings and periodontal charting
• Assess and identify gingivitis, periodontal disease, and other oral health conditions
• Provide appropriate preventive and periodontal hygiene treatment
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care
• Build strong, long-term relationships with patients
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
• Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, safe clinical environment
• Follow OSHA and infection control standards

• Diploma or degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
• Active Utah Dental Hygienist License in good standing
• One year of experience preferred
• Knowledge of dental practice management software preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, dependable, and patient-focused
• Passion for providing high-quality clinical care
