Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Emergency Department setting
• Deliver nursing care across Med-Surg and Acute Care units as needed
• Cover Long-Term Care (LTC) assignments as operationally required
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Alaska RN License (required — no exceptions)
• Current BLS certification (required — no exceptions)
• Current ACLS certification (required — no exceptions)
• Current PALS certification (required — no exceptions)
• Current TNCC certification (required — no exceptions)
• Prior Emergency Department nursing experience required, along with Med-Surg / Acute Care experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) nursing
• Ability to adapt to a rural, critical access care environment
