School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

TactStaff EDU is hiring multiple full-time School Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2026-2027 school year in Rainier, Washington. We have onsite openings supporting K-12 students and adult transition programs, with placement options based on your experience and preference.

Position Details

• Location: Rainier, Washington
• School Year: 9/9/2026 6/16/2027
• Full-time, onsite only
• Multiple openings available
• K-12 and Adult Transition caseload options
• Competitive W2 hourly pay: $60-$65/hour DOE

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services in school settings
• Conduct speech evaluations and complete documentation
• Develop and implement IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, pragmatic language, AAC, and social communication needs
• Maintain compliant documentation and progress monitoring

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Washington SLP license required
• ESA certification or ability to obtain
• CCC-SLP preferred
• Prior school-based experience preferred
• Must be able to work onsite full-time
