Our teams contribute to highly capable autonomous space systems and ground software products that operate reliably in the most demanding mission environments, supporting the DOD and IC in defending our national interests in space.About The JobAnduril is hiring a Principal Radar Engineer to architect and deliver next-generation space-based radar systems that will redefine orbital ISR and tactical sensing. We're building software-defined RF payloads designed to break free from traditional satellite development timelines, and we need engineers who can operate at the intersection of advanced electromagnetics, real-time signal processing, and autonomous space operations. Depending on your level and fit, you'll lead a high-performing radar engineering team, direct cross-functional groups spanning payload development and mission software, or own a broader technical portfolio integrating space-based sensors with Anduril's C2 infrastructure. These roles combine hands-on technical leadership with people management and customer engagement, driving complex space programs from concept through launch to on-orbit operations.
