Growing together.The Development Manager (DM) is responsible for launching new Senior Living Communities for the Institutional Equivalent Special Needs Plan (IESNP) and developing a pipeline with local accounts for the IESNP product. Working with the Development Director, they will collaborate with business development, and Sales Account Managers to help drive new enrollments and support same store growth initiatives.
