We are recruiting for a full time (benefit eligible) Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our skilled pediatric team of professionals in Sewell, NJ! We are an equal opportunity employer. POSITION SUMMARY The Speech Therapist is an integral member of the Interdisciplinary Team. Administers appropriate treatment techniques and modalities for the rehabilitation of children aged birth to 21. Responsible for adherence to the scope and standards of practice as defined by the American Speech Language and Hearing Association. Uses creativity, professional judgment, and problem solving techniques to achieve quality outcomes. Participates in patient and family teaching and works collaboratively with other disciplines. Plays an integral role in facilitating functional performance through oral motor therapy techniques, sensory feedback, interactive talk and play activities, and emotional-cognitive development. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS MA/MS in Speech Language Pathology NJ licensure in Speech Language Pathology ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech/Language Pathology Specialized training or experience in the evaluation/treatment of pediatric dysphagia preferred (but not required). 1-2 years of professional Pediatric experience Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to work well as a team member #J-18808-Ljbffr
