About the Role

The Company is seeking an Associate or Associate Vice President Attorney to join their Closing Group. This role is pivotal in supporting the execution of commercial real estate debt and equity transactions, with a focus on ensuring operational excellence, accuracy, and consistency throughout the closing process. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of transaction execution, from partnering with internal investment teams and external counsel to reviewing, analyzing, and coordinating documentation for complex and high-volume deals. Additionally, the role involves driving workflow improvements, managing multiple concurrent transactions, and adapting to evolving deal structures and internal systems. Applicants for this position should be commercial real estate professionals with 2-6 years' of experience in transactions, ideally including 2-3 years' in a Big Law CRE environment. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, the ability to operate autonomously, and a proven track record of closing debt and equity deals while managing multiple transactions simultaneously. Strong communication, collaboration, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset are essential. The ideal candidate will be technologically curious, proficient in Microsoft Office, and open to leveraging AI.
