Downstream Product Manager

My medical device client is expanding and seeks a downstream product manager to take on the following tasks:

• Support the development and execution of marketing strategies and tactical plans.
• With voice of customer, develop comprehensive marketing pieces including design and execution of messaging, promotional materials, sales tools, and proof sources.
• Design and implement promotional programs to maximize impact of sales efforts.
• Foster relationships with physicians and groups within the industry.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

• BS/MS business and 5+ years of downstream medical device product management experience.
• Experience with sales or marketing in the medical device and strong clinical expertise.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to interpret and convey clinical data required.
• Independent thinking, a high level of initiative, and the ability to interact well with physicians, customers, and key opinion leaders are essential.
• Must be an effective team player in a fast paced, high visibility environment.
