Schedule: Full-Time, flexible 40 hours, over time available

This role is essential to keeping dealership operations organized, professional, and customer-ready. The Lot Manager is responsible for overseeing vehicle inventory flow, maintaining lot appearance, and supporting daily dealership operations.

Requirements

• Ability to follow direction and execute tasks efficiently
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to take initiative and maintain high standards
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

What You’ll Do

• Maintain the appearance and organization of new and used vehicle inventory
• Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors and replenish fluids as needed
• Install buyer guides, stock tags, and key tags on vehicles
• Move and stage vehicles according to dealership display standards
• Transport vehicles between the lot, service lane, and service department
• Help maintain dealership grounds, including sidewalks, driveways, and seasonal snow removal
• Support dealership events and community activities as needed
• Assist with additional operational tasks to support the sales and service teams
