Accounting and Project Support Associate Accounting and Project Support Associate - Providence, RI Crown Supply and its related companies are seeking a highly detail-oriented Accounting and Project Support Associate for a stable, long-term role within an established business. This position is ideal for someone with accounting support experience who enjoys accuracy, organization, customer/vendor communication, and a variety of responsibilities. The right candidate will be comfortable moving between accounting transactions, billing paperwork, vendor follow-up, and project-related communication while maintaining focus and attention to detail. The Accounting and Project Support Associate will support daily accounting operations, customer billing workflows, vendor rebate and claim-back tracking, and project-related communication for customers who purchase products or project materials from Crown Supply and its related companies. Key responsibilities include accounts payable support, customer billing documentation, vendor rebate and claim-back follow-up, communication with vendors and manufacturers, and support for customer project-related questions and open items. This is not a temporary or transitional role. We are looking for someone who can become a dependable long-term part of our accounting and operations support team. Compensation: $26.50-$28.00 per hour, depending on experience.
