Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA. Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in an outpatient clinic setting preferred. Proficiency with Raintree EMR preferred. Productivity experience or ability to manage 55–63 patients per week preferred. Ability to work a structured 5x8 schedule and meet a 30-minute meal break requirement.

Facility Type: Outpatient. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days, 0800-1630. Work Days: Monday through Friday. Schedule: 5x8. EMR: Raintree. Duration: 13-week assignment. Productivity Expectation: 55–63 patients per week. Pre-assignment Requirement: Completion of three HealthStream modules required prior to start. Agency reimburses with a lump sum upon proof of completion and at least one shift worked.
