Proactively identify customer needs and drive sales by presenting tailored insurance and financial solutions.
Use outbound calls, text messages, and emails as your primary method for reaching prospects and engaging new customers.
Strengthen relationships with existing customers to improve retention.
Persuasively recommend products that add value to customer's lives and protect what matters most.
Build long term relationships with customers through trust, reliability and exceptional customer service.
Provide outstanding support by resolving customer inquiries with care and professionalism.
Contribute to the agency's success by engaging new prospects and strengthening existing customer relationships.
Previous experience in outside or inside sales.
Ability to build strong customer relationships by answering questions, anticipating needs, and identifying sales opportunities.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to sell, assist, and retain customers.
Proactive problem-solver with customer first mindset.
Possess or able to obtain Property and Casualty Insurance License.
Possess or able to obtain Life and Health Insurance License.
Hourly pay plus high commission
