Multiple Openings Available!
Certified Apartment Staffing is actively hiring experienced Leasing Consultants for multiple apartment communities throughout Tampa and St. Petersburg, FL . If you enjoy working with people, have a passion for customer service, and are experienced in the multifamily industry, we'd love to hear from you!
Position Responsibilities
- Greet and assist prospective residents while providing exceptional customer service.
- Conduct apartment tours and effectively present community amenities.
- Process rental applications and lease agreements.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong resident relationships.
- Assist with resident retention and lease renewals.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage office traffic.
- Maintain accurate resident files and documentation.
- Utilize Yardi property management software daily.
- Support the Property Manager with daily office operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of apartment leasing experience required
- Experience using Yardi is REQUIRED
- Must be available to work weekends
- Strong customer service, sales, and closing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
- Experience with resident retention and renewals.
