Multi-Unit Director – Newark DE

Multi-Unit Director Requirements & Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Minimum 4 years of multi-unit QSR/fast food/food court restaurant leadership experience (4–6 locations)
Proven success leading teams in customer-oriented environments
Availability for a flexible, on-site schedule ( approximately 50 hours/week ) including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; able to lift and carry at least 20 pounds
Strong leadership, communication, and adaptability skills
ServSafe Certification preferred
Multi-Unit Director Preferred Background & Skills
Experience with both food concepts and convenience store retail is a plus
Computer literacy, including Microsoft Suite, POS, payroll, and inventory systems
Bilingual abilities are an asset
Multi-Unit Director Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Support the Area Director in driving operational excellence and profitability across all food brands
Lead and motivate associates and leadership, fostering an engaging, high-performance work culture
Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and brand standards across all food and beverage concepts
Recruit, train, and retain strong teams to maintain outstanding service and staffing levels
Analyze financial and operational metrics, supporting strategies to maximize performance
Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
Collaborate with partners in HR, loss prevention, brand management, finance, and maintenance to support business goals
