Clinic Care Navigator

OptumCare in California seeks a Clinic Coordinator to support central clinic operations, patient outreach, and care coordination across regions. You will ensure EMR readiness before visits, reconcile data, and manage referrals with a focus on quality and Lean processes. You will work from a regional administrative office and may travel to clinics within the region, supporting teams to meet financial, clinical, and service goals.
