Staff Product Engineer - AI-Driven Enterprise Workflows

Value: Top of market cash and equity compensation. Role You will build Harvey’s software products and product features end-to-end, and help deploy and optimize our various product lines. Tackle unsolved product and engineering problems - the hardest in the world for LLMs in production. Help build our engineering organization. Qualifications Demonstrated ability building world-class software products. Examples: complex enterprise products with slick UX (Brex, Ramp, Stripe), beautiful consumer software products (Figma, Notion, Linear) Experience with AI, large language models, or legal is not required. Experience: 7+ years total experience in product-focused full-stack engineering. Level would be Staff or higher depending on candidate. Focus / skill distribution: Your focus can be either frontend or backend heavy - but some generality and ability to move across the stack is required. Experience with UI/UX and product design is very helpful, and required for those with a frontend focus. Bonus: Early engineer at a hyper-growth startup. Experience at world class product organizations (e.g. Notion, Figma). Compensation The expected range of compensation for this role is between $260,000 and $325,000. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in our equity plan.
