Pay: $70.00 - $115.00 per hour

Job Description: The Physical Therapist will provide PT based services to patients in the comfort of their homes.

Job Type: Full-time $10,000.00 Retention Incentive

Servicing for Central and North/North East San Antonio Metro areas.

Medicare SOCs / Recerts: $115.00

Non-Medicare SOC's / Recerts: $100.00

Treatments/DC: $70.00

Assess and evaluate patients and develop plans of care

Provide treatments as required in accordance with established POC's.

Provide thorough and prompt documentation of progress during episodes.

Adhere to Brightstar Care standards for patient care, safety, and communications.

Be willing to travel within an established radius.

Assure compliance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations

Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy institution

Licensed as a Physical Therapist in TX

Work experience of at least one year as an Physical Therapist with adult and pediatrics experience

Familiarity and willingness to learn Electronic Management System
