HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST

Key Responsibilities-** The Human Resource Generalist will collaborate closely with the General Manager and Operations Manager to ensure the facility is fully staffed and well supported. Coordinate recruiting activities, including partnering with staffing agencies, reviewing applications, interviewing candidates, and supporting the hiring process. Complete and monitor all pre-employment requirements, including background checks, drug screenings, and new hire paperwork. Maintain employee training and certification records. Facilitate new hire orientation and support a positive onboarding experience. Serve as a resource for employees and supervisors on HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns. Administer employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries. Plan and support employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. Maintain personnel files and ensure employee records are accurate and up to date. Partner with supervisors and managers to address performance, attendance, disciplinary, and employee relations matters. Assist with workplace safety programs and regulatory compliance requirements. Coordinate OSHA recordkeeping, training, and reporting activities. Facilitate Safety Committee meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare HR reports and audits. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or related field Minimum of three years of previous HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or warehouse Knowledge of HR policy, procedure and employment law Pay: From $44,000.00 per year Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
