We are currently seeking a Microsoft 365 Support Specialist (Teams/SharePoint) to join our team in bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Description: Microsoft 365 Support Specialist (Teams/SharePoint)

Role Summary
The Microsoft 365 Support Specialist provides offshore L3 support for Microsoft 365 platforms, including Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform. The role focuses on incident management, service request fulfillment, migration support, operational maintenance, minor enhancements, and collaboration with Northwell teams to ensure business continuity and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 & L3 support for Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform environments.
• Review and resolve incidents, service requests, and operational issues during the offshore support window (5:00 AM – 2:00 PM ET).
• Monitor support queues and address production issues before U.S. business hours.
• Support Microsoft 365 operational activities, migrations, testing, validation, and remediation tasks.
• Collaborate with project teams during overlap hours and participate in project meetings, sprint ceremonies, and status discussions.
• Execute minor enhancements, upgrades, and patch-related activities.
• Support batch job monitoring and operational support activities.
• Maintain project documentation, knowledge base articles, and ticket updates.
• Perform handoff activities and communicate outstanding issues to onshore teams.
• Ensure timely completion of deliverables and accurate status reporting.
