Key Responsibilities Medical case management Screening Education Counseling Medication management Networking with community health care providers Participating in a rotating on‑call schedule, primarily providing phone consultations, ensuring accessibility without the need for on‑site presence Qualifications Bachelor of Science Nursing or Associate of Science in Nursing Graduation from an accredited nursing program Current licensure in the State of Illinois as a Registered Nurse Current State of Illinois Driver’s License Experience with psychiatric care and children/adolescents is preferred Strong organizational, communication, and clinical skills Compensation and Screening Salary is based on experience for the Nurse Case Manager.
