• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and contract administration skills.
• Experience utilizing ERP/MRP systems and analyzing purchasing data and inventory requirements.
• Ability to evaluate supplier performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Develop and execute purchasing strategies to support operational goals, cost reduction initiatives, and supply continuity.
• Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers based on quality, delivery, service, and overall value while negotiating pricing and supply agreements.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, quality, and logistics teams to forecast material needs and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Monitor supplier performance, conduct supplier reviews, and prepare purchasing metrics, spend analyses, and KPI reports.
• Serve as a key point of contact for supplier-related warranty claims, coordinating documentation, claim submissions, and reimbursement activities.
• Analyze warranty and supplier performance trends to identify root causes, support corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
