We are a premier, high-end custom cabinet shop in the Phoenix metro area. We specialize in luxury residential cabinetry, architectural millwork, and complex, bespoke storage solutions. We take pride in museum-quality craftsmanship, using top-tier materials and cutting-edge manufacturing technology. We are currently looking for a skilled, detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our production team.
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Custom Cabinet Door Maker to join our team. In this specialized role, you will be solely responsible for fabricating premium cabinet doors and drawer fronts from raw lumber to the final bench assembly stage. You must possess deep technical knowledge of grain matching, stable wood joinery, and complex door styles. Working primarily with wood and standard woodworking tools such as shapers and routers, you will contribute to small team projects, performing tasks under periodic supervision to ensure high-quality joinery and finishes. Responsibilities• Select appropriate wood materials for each project
• Measure, cut, shape, and sand wood components accurately
• Perform precise joinery to assemble cabinet doors and fine woodwork
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure finished products meet standards
• Maintain and care for woodworking tools and equipment
• Work under periodic supervision to achieve project goals Required Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience in woodworking Preferred Qualifications
• Skills in carpentry and joinery
• Proficient in operating woodworking tools such as shapers and routers
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Effective problem-solving abilities
• Ability to collaborate well within a small team
