IT Technician

Role Overview The Local IT Technician provides support to users in our plant and managing L1 tickets and is involved on some projects helping project managers. The company has headquarters in Chicago and New York City and operates 4 manufacturing plants in Little Chute, WI; Brookings, SD; Traverse City, MI; and Nampa, ID. What You Will Do Manage production and operations technical services, install or repair computers, install and configure local area data communications networks, manage server's system and VoIP, install, troubleshoot and support various printers and Axel units, create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures/Documentation, maintain a high level of customer service, respond to user questions, train and interact with end-users, and maintain a good ticket management.
