Schedule: Evenings / Variable Evening Shifts

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Long Term Care (LTC) facility in Winona Lake, IN. The LPN will provide direct resident care, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and assist with daily living activities while working closely with the healthcare team.

Requirements:

Active Indiana LPN license (must be current)
LTC experience preferred
BLS certification required
Ability to work evening and variable shifts
